Consolidate in-store and online payments on the Olo platform

With new expanded POS integrations, brands can now process all digital payments—that includes online and in-store—through Olo Pay.

The addition of more POS-integrations through Olo Pay allows brands to provide consistent and secure guest payment experiences across all channels and simplifies cumbersome processes like reconciliation, refunding, and voiding.

  • Order frequency

A new loyalty integration with partner Thanx lets brands seamlessly ingest loyalty data into Engage GDP—giving restaurants a holistic, data-rich view of every guest (even those who aren’t loyalty members). This expanded view unlocks smarter, more precise marketing that drives deeper engagement, higher conversions, and long-term guest loyalty.

In addition, Olo Engage is launching Sparkfly integration enhancements to improve loyalty offer email delivery. Failed offers are now automatically resent, eliminating the need for manual intervention and increasing redemption rates.

Onboard new stores in a matter of seconds

If you have Self-Service Onboarding enabled in Dashboard, you can now create new stores in a few seconds—rather than waiting for approval from Olo. Just select your own store template and verify your new store opening submission data—gaining transparency into your store settings and experiencing faster store creation with added control.

Borderless phone number sign-in and verification

Guests have a faster, easier path to checkout now that they can use their phone number (instead of email) to securely sign in to their Borderless account and access all of their saved information. 

Bulk add POS mappings with modifier choices

Menu adjustments are less painful with the ability to bulk add POS mappings with modifier choices—saving you from individually adding the mapping after each change.

Google self-service URL

Brands with a custom front-end experience a streamlined onboarding process and fully manage the Google Enhanced Redirect Integration with the ability to upload, update, and map store URLs.
